FYJ company is committed to building a growth-oriented organization, learning the way the party branch built on the company, we internally from the growth camp to start, based on the mission, there are goals to pull together to build, starting from 0, after three sessions to build the growth camp, the fourth has begun to gradually establish their own growth system.

Receiving the flag representing the inheritance from the previous growth camps, and with the great expectations of the seniors, the fourth growth camp was officially opened!

 

Growth

In the offline classroom learning, we are honest and trusting, open ourselves up, talk about our own experience, our own experience, our own confusion, and in the response of the teaching assistants and members, look at each other in the mirror, from which we get our own growth points, and through the constant reflection and challenge, we thrive in the absorption.

In the offline outdoor classroom, we practice happy work and healthy life! Sublimation

For the final class of the Growth Camp, Life Accompaniment was invited to support the empowerment by giving the participants a special class of sublimation, the culminating experience at the end of the semester - the Growth Upside Down!

 

 

After 108 days, we are going to let the growth camp precipitate the essence, and look forward to the future, using the growth camp as a starting point to empower Sutton's peers, customers, and suppliers, and to do some more life-affecting things. Highlight moments of the whole event:

 

1、Welcome Ceremony: The welcome ceremony at the door, a line of teaching assistants and a line of life companions greeted the prospective graduates of the fourth phase and shouted “Welcome to the Peak of Growth” Learning Day Activity at the entrance.

2、Photo Wall Parade: The warmest and most shining moments of these 108 days were prepared for everyone, and all partners were invited to share their memorable photo moments, sincerely thanking the partners who had helped and recognized them in these 108 days, and the scene immediately became the main field of the students.
