Remembering the 2021 Corporate Training: Meeting a Better Self

April 11, 2021, is the annual corporate training of our Speedway company, the company attaches importance to the team consciousness and quality improvement, specially invited the love into the platform mentor, bring the non-power leadership course into the company.

The company's enterprise training, unlike the usual direct arrangements for transportation, food and lodging, but to challenge employees to self-discipline and creativity. The first day was a pleasant surprise, no one was late.

Moving on to the two-day program, we experienced:

Auction: Opportunities are fleeting and always reserved for those who are proactive and willing to seize them.

Sugar game: we need to be good at recognizing, understanding the rules and finding the right way to do things, in order to get twice the result with half the effort.

Reporting the number: a group of people working for a goal, people, gods and souls are all in one place, keep your post well in order to bring out the power of the team.

Barter: believe in the power of believing, dare to try, dare to want, dare to break through their own cognition.
